Product Description
Rooftop packaged unit has its own source of cold air, which is simpler than the centralized air conditioning system. It doesn't need pipes to be welded or insulated, which saves money on construction. The unit is placed on the roof or in an open outdoor area, so there is no need for a separate room and it saves space. The equipment includes everything needed for cooling and air conditioning, without the need for water pumps, cooling towers, fan coils, or other extra equipment.
The unit is designed with multiple systems. The compressors are used based on the actual amount of cooling needed. When there is a high demand, all the compressors are used. When there is a low demand, only some compressors are used. This way, the unit operates smoothly even when it's not running at full capacity, and it is more energy efficient.
Rooftop packaged unit is designed and produced for centralized cooling and heating in commercial buildings such as malls, movie theaters, offices, airports, and schools. These units feature a special design with different functional segments to handle the challenges of places with strict temperature and humidity requirements.
Feature:
1. Wide scope of application:
This series of products is divided into single cooling and heat pump types according to function type, and is divided into return air and fresh air types according to the processing method. It is suitable for most comfortable places and can easily realize air cooling, dehumidification, heating, filtration and other functions.
2. Condenser fan and motor
› Sharp edge fan blade curvature reduces vibration and pressure loss
› Large diameter fan quietly delivers high air volume
› Electronically commutated (EC) motor
› Fan speed is modulated according to operation
3.Condenser and and evaporator
The condenser and evaporator coils are manufactured from seamless inner grooved copper tubes mechanically bonded to aluminium fins to ensure optimum heat transfer. All coils are pressure tested and are further leak tested with Helium gas . To improve corrosion resistance, a hydrophilic Gold Fin is provided as standard.
3. Base beam
The base beams are fixed and provide a rigid foundation for the entire unit. The beam has forklift slots and rigging holes for easy handling. It is also designed to allow mounting on a roof curb, the dimension of the roof curb should be followed strictly in accordance with the installation manual.
4. Advanced technology, reliable quality
It has passed IS09001 quality management system certification. From raw material processing to system integration, every process has undergone rigorous testing processes, and air tightness testing specifications such as vacuuming, filling, and pressure holding tests have been strictly implemented. 100% power-on debugging is completed before the product leaves the factory to ensure that the reliable quality and performance of the product meet standard requirements.
5. Excellent anti-corrosion technology
The surface of the unit frame plate has undergone multi-layer protective treatment, using high-quality steel plate as the base material, and three strengthening processes: the surface is first galvanized, and then undergoes anti-corrosion spraying and other multi-layer protective process measures. This ensures that the unit can ensure excellent protection in various climate environments.
